Juno Lighting, Inc. (Nasdaq: JUNO - News) announced
that for the quarter ended February 29, 2004,
sales increased 16.9% to $50,891,000 compared
to first quarter 2003 sales of $43,523,000. Net
income available to common shareholders for the
first quarter of 2004 was approximately $493,000
($0.19 per common share on a basic and diluted
basis), compared to net income available to common
shareholders of $13,000 ($0.01 per common share
on a basic and diluted basis) for the like period
in 2003.
The lighting fixture company will conduct a
