Lumatec Industries will be showcasing its full
line at the upcoming International Housewares
Show. Included in this showcase are eighteen of
Lumatec's new lighting products. The Housewares
Show will be held in Chicago, Illinois from March
20-22, 2004 at the McCormick Center. Lumatec will
be exhibiting in booth #6162.
The Housewares Show will mark the first major
industry event where retailers can view the new
Lumatec lighting products in person. 'We
are excited to be launching our full product line
at such a high-profile event as The Housewares
Show,' states Byron Faulkner, VP of Lumatec's
retail division. 'With the addition of our
newest items, Lumatec now offers unique lighting
solutions for almost any type of retailer.
The year 2004 marks the first time Lumatec has
exhibited at the International Housewares Show
since 1998 as well as the re-introduction of the
company as a major player in the lighted gift
category.
Product categories in the most recent Lumatec
catalogue include Around the Home,
'Executive Travel,and Adventure
Series. New lighting products include the
Everest reading light and Glacier lighted pen.
Everest was proven to be a hot seller for many
special retailers, including Brookstone, during
the 2003 holiday season. The item has a lifetime
LED lamp, runs up to 100 hours on four AAA batteries,
and is the first truly multi-functional book light.
Glacier is constructed of solid brass, has a comfortable
silicon grip, and provides a soft blue illumination
allowing the user to write at ease in low-light
situations.
